Five simple steps:

1. Remove the sticker covering on the U-Channel.
2. Place the U-Channel underneath the counter near the problem area.
3. Punch two large holes on opposite sides of the Attractant Cup.
4. Pour contents of the Attractant Cup into the Fruit Fly Trap and discard cup.
5. Slide the Fruit Fly Trap inside the station holder.
